Sunfish Lake Concept

In the spring of 2018, PLAAD was approached by a well-known realtor in Saint Paul to help potential buyers re-imagine how a dated home on a fantastic site might be replaced with a new structure to better integrate in a more nuanced way into the site and respond more directly to the extraordinary views to the lake. Conceived of as a one-level home that is nestled into the sloping site, the lakeside portion of the home opens up dramatically to the lake with public entertaining and living areas. All bedrooms have lake views. The front approach to the home is more reserved, discreet and opaque.
